Transaction data.
We maintain a record of the token transactions your wallet engages in on the Charms platform, including purchases and sales of character tokens. These transactions are linked to your wallet's public key address.

To deliver our Services and the features you request, including AI character interactions and token trading.

We do not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties or their data, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites, services, or applications. On-Chain Data
Some activity on Charms is recorded on public blockchains. This includes token transactions and any content you publish on-chain. Blockchain data is public and permanent — we cannot edit or delete information stored on a blockchain, even if you request it. You will be notified before any action that results in data being stored on-chain.
Your wallet address is linked to your Charms account for product functionality. We do not publicly associate your wallet with your real identity unless you choose to make that information visible.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to collect and store information about your interactions with our Services. These help us keep you logged in, remember your preferences, understand usage patterns, and support analytics.
You can adjust your cookie preferences through your browser or device settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain parts of the platform.

If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. Email communications. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. You will continue to receive transactional and service-related emails.

Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals, as no uniform standard has been adopted. We will update this Policy if that changes.
